Multilingual Insurance Broker

CHAT Insurance Services Inc. invites applicants for the role of Multilingual Insurance Broker. The company is a recognized top P&C brokerage in Ontario, serving families and businesses for over a decade. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Markham, ON, Canada.

Job Summary

Motivated, client-focused, multilingual insurance brokers are needed to develop and serve their own communities. Whether newly licensed or experienced, you will be supported to grow and succeed, with uncapped commissions offering excellent earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products to clients in your own community.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance metrics.
  • Continuously learn about new insurance products and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales pipelines to forecast potential success.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Fluency in at least two languages, including English.
  • RIBO licensed preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in insurance or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client proposals.
  • Strong team player with accountability for personal performance and results.
  • Ability to analyze sales pipelines and forecast potential success effectively.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify new client opportunities.
