We are growing our remote team and looking for dependable, coachable individuals who want a clear path and consistent mentorship.
This is a full-time, commission-based position with step-by-step training and a defined promotion system.
You do not need prior insurance experience. You do need to be willing to learn and follow a proven process.
What the Role Looks LikeMeet with clients virtually through scheduled Zoom appointments
Review benefits and help families understand their options
Follow a structured, script-based system (you won't have to “wing it”)
Participate in daily team check-ins and training
Track activity and growth goals
This is not a cold-calling position.

Comfortable speaking with people on Zoom
Open to feedback and coaching

Willing to obtain a life insurance license (required)

Licensing RequirementA life insurance license is required before working with clients. If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to complete the licensing process.
