We’re recruiting for a major financial services organisation with a strong reputation for investing in its people. You’ll be joining a busy, professional claims team where you’ll manage and settle customer claims, make decisions, and help people through challenging situations.

• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Office‑based for your first 6 months while you’re trained and supported
• Then move to hybrid or work from home if you choose
