** We have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Major & Complex Loss Adjusters in the South East.
** An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Adjuster to join our Major and Complex Loss team in the London and South East Region. You will handle a portfolio of higher value and complex commercial claims.

You should be ACII/ACILA qualified and have proven experience in managing and leading large and complex reinstatement projects. You must demonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service, the ability to manage and lead multi-party meetings, and possess excellent communication, report writing, and Excel skills.

Your key responsibilities will include investigating commercial losses on behalf of insurance companies by visiting policyholders’ premises. You will be responsible for all reports regarding each visit and full diary maintenance. Additionally, you will manage a caseload effectively, ensuring service delivery within clients' SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.

This is also a fantastic opportunity to participate in the development and mentoring of colleagues.#
** The skills you will have when you apply:**
* ** A full UK Driving Licence**:
It is essential you can travel by car
* ** Excellent communication skills:
** You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
* ** Experience handling Major and Complex Loss claims:**  +
** with ACII and ACILA qualifications**    - or have a commitment to work towards qualification
** What is helpful, but not vital, in your application
*** A market profile and account management experience is helpful
* Ideally have A-Level qualifications
