Sales Driven Insurance Broker

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Broker (100% Commission based) in Woodbridge, ON, with some flexibility for working from home. The Insurance Broker will assist clients with selecting appropriate insurance products, provide financial and retirement planning advice, and work closely with insurance providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, handling insurance policy inquiries, offering expert advice on coverage options, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and knowledge of Insurance-related policies and regulations
• Skills in Finance and expertise in Retirement Planning
• Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and relationship management
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools used in the insurance and finance industries
• Licensed insurance broker in the province of Ontario (RIBO license is preferred)
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience within an insurance brokerage or similar field is an asset
