Position: Assistant Insurance Manager (Real Estate - Occupier Services)

Assistant Insurance Manager Bellrock is the trusted challenger in UK property services. Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of insurance rent demands, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
  • Support the creation and issuance of regular reporting for clients, including the preparation of regular payment recommendations and performance summary reports.
  • Drive service excellence by identifying process improvements, embedding best practice, and ensuring clients receive market-leading advice.
What does it take?
  • Familiarity with commercial insurance broking/placement procedures within the UK and/or Republic of Ireland.
  • Ideally relevant exposure to the UK commercial real estate insurance market, preferably with working knowledge of common policy features and manipulating complex risk profile information.
  • Experience of high volume or high value account management.
  • Ability to learn and adhere to procedures, with the ability to find alternative solutions and implement changes when challenges arise.
  • Cert CII qualification or higher.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyse, model and present data.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, including understanding and interpreting leases and gaining insights into building reinstatement costs.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • An analytical and inquisitive mind with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable with autonomous decision making.
  • Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of numeracy.
  • Commitment to professional growth and the acquisition of new skills.
  • Thrives working from home.
Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where possible. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work remotely Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
