• Manage and retain a gradually assigned book of commercial insurance clients across various industries such as construction, contractors, manufacturing, and more.
• Work with markets and remarket policies to optimize coverage options for clients.
• Cross‑sell applicable products and identify opportunities for new business growth.
• Coordinate and book insurance policies including CGL, commercial auto, E&O, and related coverages.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Support the team during peak seasons, including increased volume during holidays.

• RIBO License is a must
• 2‑3 years' minimum experience in commercial insurance servicing
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and accurately
• Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages such as general liability, auto, and E&O
• Strong understanding of insurer guidelines, industry trends, etc.
• EPIC experience is a huge plus!
• Attention to detail with a focus on providing excellent client service.

• Competitive annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000
• 3 weeks' vacation and 6 personal days
