Are you a sales-driven insurance professional with an entrepreneurial mindset?Our client, a growing brokerage in Mississauga, is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and outgoing individual who thrives on building strong client relationships and growing their own book of business.

Whether you're starting fresh or bringing an existing book of business, this role offers a generous commission structure and the flexibility to build your business your way.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving insurance needs.

  • Provide expert advice and customized insurance solutions based on individual and business requirements.

  • Review and compare quotes, offering professional recommendations.

  • Work independently with the flexibility to manage your time and workflow — remotely or from the office.

  • Continually expand your commercial insurance knowledge through learning and development.

  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an insurance broker or producer (commercial experience preferred).

  • RIBO licensed (must-have).

  • Energetic and persuasive communicator who excels in relationship-building.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sales and business development.

  • Ability to multitask and generate leads from various sources.

  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive, professional, and client-focused mindset.

  • Compensation & Commission Structure:

  • No Book of Business:

    50% commission on New Business

    50% commission on Renewals

  • With a Book of Business:

    60% commission on New Business

    60% commission on Renewals
