• Establish and maintain superior customer service to policyholders, agents, and marketing centers
• Conduct detailed initial telephone interviews with claimants to gather necessary information
• Create a white-glove customer experience for claimants throughout the claims process
• Review claims and underwriting files to ensure proper disclosure and administer policy benefits
• Make decisions on claim benefit eligibility and document claims accurately

• University degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience
• Fully bilingual in French and English to support clients from various jurisdictions
• Knowledge and experience in adjudication processes
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in both languages
• Ability to respond constructively in high-pressure situations and adapt positively to change

• Working knowledge of government legislation and legal precedents related to insurance
