As a pivotal member of the underwriting team, you will leverage over 5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance. This role includes managing a profitable book of business, building broker relations, and attending industry events to enhance market presence. Your insights will guide underwriting practices and shape the success of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite and strategize new business and renewals
• Build and sustain a profitable underwriting portfolio
• Grow the High Value Homeowners Program collaboratively
• Engage with retail brokers for increased submission rates
• Share insights and feedback to elevate team performance
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant underwriting experience
• Level 1 General Insurance license required
• Professional certifications are a plus
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
