Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect new contract surety accounts with industry professionals

• Build networks with lenders and project owners

• Structure tailored performance and bid bonds

• Advise clients on risk management and compliance

• Utilize Hub Spot CRM and Vertafore SIG for efficiency

Requirements:

• Active RIBO License is mandatory

• Minimum 3 years in commercial insurance or surety

• Proven sales success in a hunter role

• Strong knowledge of construction bonding

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
