Intermediate or Senior Liability & Casualty Adjuster (Hybrid or Remote - Anywhere in Canada). Salary range: $67,200.00 - $93,300.00 annually.

• Actively adjust claims with a focus on casualty, bodily injury, and liability property damage (PD) claims as appropriate.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities related to claims handling and client service.
• Maintain organized file management and progress claims in a timely, efficient manner.
• Collaborate with local claims support and centralized after-hours support to ensure smooth case handling.
• Utilize the Claim Space software and related tools to manage workload and documentation.

• University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance is nice to have.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in claims adjusting.
• CIP designation or working towards designation; or equivalent education/experience considered.
• Adjuster’s license or completion of at least the first four CIP courses: C11, C12, C13, C14; C110 is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to negotiate and handle sensitive inquiries.
• Demonstrated organizational ability, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
