Personal Insurance Advisor – Renewal Team

Lead client engagement for personal lines renewal across habitational, travel, and automobile insurance, ensuring clients’ coverage remains current and aligned with evolving needs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Proactively engage with clients prior to policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring policies accurately reflect circumstances.
• Generate and identify cross‑sell opportunities by reviewing clients’ portfolios and recommending additional products or services that add value.
• Achieve retention goals and client‑satisfaction targets through diligent follow‑up and personalized attention to renewal details.
• Stay informed about Personal Lines products, ensuring capability to provide expert advice and solutions.
• Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid role that allows a combination of in‑branch and remote work.

• Minimum 1-year personal insurance experience.
• Level2 General Insurance License is an asset but not required.
• Proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service.
• Experience working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced team environment.
• Keen eye for detail and a high sense of urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives.
• Industry designations (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma) are considered an asset.

Expected salary range: $45,000–$50,000 per year, varying with experience, location, and role scope.
