Job Title – Healthcare Insurance Account Handler
Contract – Permanent
Salary – £35,000 - £45,000
Location – North West London/Homebased
RoleWe are seeking a Healthcare Insurance Account Handler to join an established insurance brokerage. The role can be 100% home based! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional service in the healthcare insurance industry. This role requires strong account handling skills and experience in individual private medical insurance.
Responsibilities- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare insurance clients
- Assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and providing knowledgeable guidance
- Managing client accounts and ensuring accuracy of policy information
- Collaborating with insurance underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions
- Monitoring industry trends and keeping clients informed about changes in healthcare insurance regulations
- Previous experience in account handling, preferably in private medical insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A solid understanding of healthcare insurance policies and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Day-to-day
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Researching and analysing healthcare insurance market trends
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintaining client records and policy documentation with precision
- Keeping abreast of changes in healthcare insurance regulations and compliance standards
- Can be 100% home based
