** What you can expect in this role
*** You’ll play a key role in
** shaping pricing, reserving and capital decisions
** by bringing thoughtful challenge, collaboration and a forward-looking view of risk
* ** You’ll work closely with Pricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance f
**** unctions**, as well as
** senior business leaders**, helping to provide expert oversight, review and assurance
* You’ll contribute to the
** development of insurance risk capability
** and knowledge across the Risk team, focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement
* You’ll have opportunities to
** learn, develop and grow
** within the role

** What you might bring
*** Experience
** working closely
** with actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting,
** contributing to oversight**, review and challenge of key business decisions
* ** Skills in general insurance pricing**, reserving and underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them into
** clear risk insight**, and a willingness to learn and ask questions
* A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to
** provide constructive challenge
** while working closely with Line 1 teams
* An organised,
** thoughtful way of working
