This senior role is suited for individuals with 5+ years of underwriting experience. You’ll be responsible for handling large cases, analyzing medical and financial data, and advising field partners. Your negotiation skills will be key in working with reinsurers to achieve favorable outcomes while ensuring compliance with strict regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage risk classification for large individual life cases

• Deep-dive into medical and non-medical data analysis

• Consult with partners to make competitive decisions

• Negotiate effectively with reinsurers on complex cases

• Ensure compliance with necessary regulations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an individual life underwriter

• Current signing authority of $3M or more

• Advanced knowledge in personal and financial underwriting

• Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills

• Highly self-motivated for remote work
