Position: Lifestyle Product Claims Adjuster Role

Aviva Canada is on the lookout for an Auto Adjuster to facilitate claims related to specialty lifestyle products. You will need 1-2 years of relevant adjusting experience and a strong customer service orientation. This role aims to provide top-notch service and promote Aviva's Specialty claims effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze policies and appraisals to determine claim value

• Carry an active pending Lifestyle Auto claims workload

• Advise customers on Specialty products efficiently

• Operate within your decision-making authority

• Ensure accurate file maintenance as per standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years adjusting experience required

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for Lifestyle claims

• Progress towards CIP or FCIP is advantageous

• Post-secondary education is preferred

• Experience with specialty claims like travel trailers is a bonus
