Position: Hybrid Claims Examiner Opportunity
Become a Claims Examiner at ARAG Legal Solutions Inc., blending remote work with office time in Toronto's Financial District. This role emphasizes legal expense insurance and client interaction.

In this role, you will support the expansion of ARAG’s presence by managing claims and providing expertise on coverage issues. Your experience will be vital in building relationships with external lawyers and ensuring effective solutions to claims management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review new claims for coverage under insurance contracts

• Resolve simple to moderate claims and coverage issues

• Train legal partners on insurance products and risk management

• Coordinate communication with external counsel and clients

• Contribute to sustaining effective claims management policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in claims adjusting

• Strong evaluation skills for litigation resolution

• Understanding of legal fees and billing processes

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience in insurance litigation or tort law preferred
