Role Description

This is a full-time Self‑employed hybrid role for an Insurance Broker based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. The Insurance Broker will advise clients on insurance products, assess their needs, and recommend suitable coverage options. Daily responsibilities include meeting or calling clients, gathering information, preparing quotations, negotiating terms with insurers, and managing policy renewals and amendments.

The role involves reviewing client portfolios, identifying gaps in coverage, and suggesting relevant insurance and retirement planning solutions. The Insurance Broker will also handle client queries, support claims processes, maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with colleagues in finance and customer service to deliver a cohesive client experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Insurance Brokerage and Protection Insurance products, including advising on appropriate coverage options.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and respond promptly to client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with a high level of attention to detail and regulatory awareness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and use digital tools and CRM systems confidently.
