Globe Life AO is seeking a Benefits Representative to assist clients with supplemental insurance coverage through scheduled virtual meetings. This role involves providing information, answering questions, and helping clients select appropriate benefit options.
Responsibilities   Conduct scheduled phone or video meetings with clients
Explain supplemental life and health insurance products
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines
Compensation   Commission-based position
Average earnings range from $45,000–$65,000 CAD annually (based on performance)
Weekly pay with additional performance-based incentives
Requirements   Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the U.S.
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a performance-based role
Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection
Willingness to obtain required insurance license (training support provided)
