- A passion for customers and driving through Continuous Improvement
- Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly establish professional and effective working relationships with your customers
- Able to communicate effectively and sensitively with vulnerable customers, which may also necessitate some difficult conversations
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
- Personal contribution into our positive and supportive team culture
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis

Our benefits provide real flexibility so our people can make considered choices and tailor their benefits throughout the year. Our benefits include 12% defined non-contributory pension scheme, annual company bonus, private medical insurance and the option to buy up to an additional 20 days or sell some of your holiday, alongside a range of other flexible benefits.
