As an Investigation Analyst at Manulife, you will play a critical role in auditing and investigating claims for potential fraud and abuse. Your strong analytical and investigative mindset will help manage the health and dental claims experience effectively. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and client relations teams to mitigate risks associated with health care provider claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data profiling to identify fraud trends

• Lead audits and coordinate investigations

• Conduct interviews and compile written audits

• Present findings effectively to stakeholders

• Support key investigative projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Group Benefits and Canadian healthcare

• University degree or equivalent experience

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions

• Familiarity with auditing and investigation techniques

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
