As a claims adjuster, you will work closely with clients to open and manage claims.

Your role will involve conducting interviews, analyzing coverage, and making informed decisions regarding payouts and liability. Successful candidates will hold a claims adjuster licence and possess strong communication skills to support a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate new claims through customer phone calls

• Interview clients to collect relevant incident information

• Assess policy details for determining claim coverage

• Review claims for liability determination

• Process payments and confirm settlement amounts

Requirements:

• Successful completion of AMF exams and claims adjuster license

• Experience in auto claims adjustment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities

• Bilingual English-French with advanced English necessary
