Position: Senior Claims Advisor Remote Opportunity

As part of Allstate's Ontario team, you will handle and support Accident Benefits Claim Advisors with moderate to high complexity claims. Your responsibilities include investigating claims, determining coverage, and resolving customer issues while complying with Allstate’s policies and legislative guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Accident Benefit pending claims

• Interpret insurance policies and set reserves

• Investigate and negotiate complex accident benefits claims

• Document files thoroughly and adhere to regulations

• Communicate professionally with claimants and vendors

Requirements:

• 2-4 years Ontario Accident Benefits experience

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Proven time management and organizational abilities

• Completion of CIP designation preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
