Position: Claims Specialist at Auto-Owners Insurance
Help clients navigate their claims with Auto-Owners Insurance as a Bodily Injury Claims Specialist. Enjoy a flexible work-from-home model after an in-person training phase.

In this role, you'll use your three years of insurance claims experience to evaluate conformance with legal standards while assisting clients in understanding their coverage. You’ll deliver exemplary customer support while engaging in complex claims, often requiring negotiations and on-site investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of claims and losses

• Develop understanding of coverage through policy analysis

• Engage effectively in negotiations for claim settlements

• Manage interactions with clients and external parties

• Conduct thorough investigations as needed

Requirements:

• Three years’ experience in insurance claims handling

• Ability to organize and interpret complex policy issues

• Proficient in communicating effective claims strategies

• Maintain required adjuster’s license as per company guidelines

• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
