Employee - A new role has arisen in our Portfolio Solutions claims team covering a variety of classes of insurance. The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional claims service by determining policy coverage, investigating, evaluating, and negotiating assigned cases, as well as providing timely and accurate support for high complexity claims management.

Step into an exciting role as a London Market Claims Adjuster, where you’ll support the efficient management of a wide range of claims across multiple lines, including Professional Indemnity, Construction, International Property, Casualty, and Marine & Energy. Working within our innovative QPS Portfolio Solutions offering, you’ll help deliver market‑leading capacity to global trading partners in a Full Follow role. Your New Role- Leverage automation tools to efficiently manage the administration of a high volume of low‑value, cross‑class claims, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Support the administration of claims which fall outside automation applying sound judgement and problem‑solving skills.
- Accurately triage and manage claim files through to settlement, prioritising new and existing work appropriately, ensuring they are adequately reserved, and settled economically and fairly.
- Deliver exceptional service by collaborating with brokers and suppliers to achieve positive outcomes for all parties.
- Contribute to innovation by supporting projects focused on Operational Excellence, Analytics, and Automation, helping to shape the future of claims handling.
- Ability to structure the day effectively, prioritising tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to adapt to different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and confidence in working with technology, including automation tools.
- Collaborative approach and commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
