Claims Adjuster

Overview

We are hiring a London Market Claims Adjuster in our Portfolio Solutions claims team to deliver outstanding claims service across multiple lines such as Professional Indemnity, Construction, International Property, Casualty, and Marine & Energy.

• Leverage automation tools to manage high‑volume low‑value claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Handle claims that fall outside automation using sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Accurately triage and manage claim files through to settlement, prioritising work and ensuring economical, fair resolution.
• Collaborate with brokers and suppliers to achieve positive outcomes for all parties.
• Contribute to operational excellence projects focused on analytics, automation, and process improvement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for varied audiences.
• Ability to structure a day, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and comfort with technology, including automation tools.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to a positive team environment.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
