Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer service excellence for your portfolio
• Negotiate renewals and amendments for contracts
• Conduct market negotiations with insurers
• Prepare accurate invoices for customers
• Ensure contracts are in line with negotiations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial damage insurance
• Valid license in business damage insurance
• DEC or AEC in insurance preferred
• Bilingual in both French and English
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and TAM software
