Reporting to the Manager of Casualty Claims, you will handle complex injury claims and assist Accident Benefit Claim Advisors. This position emphasizes customer service and requires strong analytical skills to navigate insurance policies and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate pending Accident Benefit claims thoroughly

• Negotiate resolutions via phone and written communications

• Ensure compliance with Allstate’s best practices

• Maintain detailed documentation of claim files

• Collaborate with medical professionals and legal representatives

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in Ontario Accident Benefits

• Proven ability in critical reasoning and detail orientation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to work within fast-paced environments

• CIP designation completion or pursuit preferred
