This role involves investigating moderate to serious casualty claims, particularly in Auto BI and Commercial General Liability. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and negotiate casualty claims thoroughly

• Proactively manage caseloads and maintain reserves

• Prepare comprehensive files for team reviews

• Attend necessary legal hearings and mediations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with casualty claims

• Degree or equivalent work experience required

• Preferred background in Commercial General Liability claims

• Strong organizational and negotiation capabilities

• May require occasional travel for job duties
