Position: Client Care Representative - Hybrid Role

As a representative, you will engage clients prior to renewals, ensuring their coverage is current and meets their needs. Successful candidates will demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities in portfolios. Your proactive nature and experience in Personal Insurance will drive client satisfaction and achieve retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with clients before renewals

• Build strong client relationships ensuring coverage accuracy

• Identify potential cross-sell opportunities in existing policies

• Achieve retention goals through focused follow-up

• Stay updated with Personal Lines products to advise clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Insurance

• Ability to deliver exceptional service collaboratively

• High sense of urgency and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Sales initiative experience considered an asset
