Join Hello World Recruitment’s growing team focused on personal lines insurance. As an Account Manager, you will manage a book of business while fostering client relationships and driving growth. Your expertise will be essential in renewals, quotes, and ensuring competitive policies are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond professionally to client inquiries via various communication channels
• Manage account renewals and provide competitive quotes
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Handle claims, endorsements, and documentation through EPIC
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in personal insurance account management
• Valid R.I.B.O. license essential
• Experience with Power broker is beneficial
• Strong understanding of insurance carriers and portals
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
