Personal Insurance Advisor – Renewal Team

Help protect individuals’ most valuable assets by providing outstanding client service, educating clients on habitational, travel, and automobile insurance, and identifying cross‑sell opportunities.

• Proactively engage with clients prior to their policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture client relationships by offering exceptional service and ensuring policies remain accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities by reviewing client portfolios and recommending additional products or services.
• Achieve retention goals and client satisfaction targets through diligent follow‑up and personalized renewal support.
• Stay informed on Personal Lines products to provide expert advice.
• Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid role that allows for a combination of in‑branch and remote work.

• Minimum 1‑year Personal Insurance experience.
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset but not required.
• Proactive customer‑service orientation.
• Experience working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives.
• Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma) considered an asset.

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000, based on skills, experience and location.
