This role involves self-study and on-the-job training to assess risk while handling life insurance applications. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, gaining insights into the underwriting process and enhancing your decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete basic risk assessments for life insurance applications

• Participate in underwriting decisions with guidance

• Provide support to the New Business Operations unit

• Develop customer service skills via calls and emails

• Engage in on-the-job training and industry courses

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• 1-3 years in a professional environment

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Post-secondary education completion required
