Property Underwriter or Remote

This role seeks a driven professional to join the dynamic LGU team, managing new and renewal property and casualty business. You will underwrite various product lines, identify new business sources, and build strong broker relationships while maintaining industry knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite Commercial and Residential Property lines

• Manage risk selection, coverage negotiation, and pricing

• Identify and advocate for new business opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers

• Stay updated on market intelligence and trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial underwriting experience

• Level 1 Insurance Agency license required;
Level 2 preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Familiarity with EPIC and Policy Works systems preferred
