Client Service Associate

Position: Client Service Associate Hybrid Role
Step into a pivotal role as a Client Service Associate with NFP, supporting individual life solutions in a hybrid setting in Markham and Toronto. Provide exceptional service and ensure policy accuracy for existing insurance clients.

This full-time position focuses on assisting policyholders with their service needs in the Individual Solutions division. You will manage in-force requests, facilitate policy changes, and maintain ongoing communication between clients, advisors, and carriers. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will be critical in addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter new insurance applications into carrier portals

• Coordinate and track medical orders and tests

• Liaise with carriers for underwriting requests

• Maintain organized documentation for compliance

• Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 2+ years in insurance administration required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
