Become a vital Litigation Adjuster working remotely within Canada. Utilize your claims expertise to investigate, negotiate, and settle cases while offering flexible work arrangements.
In this pivotal role, you will handle commercial casualty claims, requiring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess a strong background in evaluating bodily injury losses and navigating legal proceedings. As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate with field adjusters and legal counsel while ensuring all claims are settled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and analyze claims information
• Record, report, and present claims files accurately
• Evaluate coverage, liability, and quantum
• Maintain precise billing and expense records
• Negotiate, settle, and finalize claims thoroughly
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years technical claims handling experience
• Post-secondary education in insurance or related field
• CIP designation or working towards it
• Independent Adjuster License in your province
• Strong analytical and communication skills
