As a full-time employee, your task will be to handle claims from start to finish, utilizing your technical skills and organizational talents. You will be a key contributor to improving client experiences through detailed, timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate direct claim settlements with insured parties

• Create reports with oversight from management

• Direct field adjusters on investigative tasks

• Handle claims payments through trust accounts

• Communicate with all stakeholders effectively

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant claims experience

• CIP courses or designation in progress is a plus

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Independent adjusting license capability

• Ability to work positively in team settings
