Join CGIC’s hybrid team as a Claims Client Service Representative to ensure a seamless claims experience for clients. Provide detailed assistance and handle inquiries effectively to boost client trust.
This full-time position is integral to our Claims department, where you will assist clients by collecting loss details and advising on coverage options. Your ability to manage inquiries with efficiency and compassion will be vital in supporting client well-being. You’ll also contribute to enhancing our service delivery process, making a meaningful difference both for our clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address client inquiries with timely responses
• Gather and evaluate loss details comprehensively
• Guide clients on their claim reporting choices
• Identify claims needing further investigation
• Offer actionable insights for service process enhancement
Requirements:
• One year of experience in customer service
• Strong grasp of client service principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Aim to obtain adjuster license or CIP designation
• Basic insurance claims knowledge preferred
