As a Full-Time Auto Claims Adjuster reporting to the National Manager, you will conduct thorough desktop investigations of insurance claims and negotiate settlements effectively. Your expertise in policy interpretation and client communication will enable you to maintain high service levels, manage records accurately, and coordinate with field adjusters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive investigations of assigned insurance claims

• Negotiate settlements with parties involved in claims

• Review policy wording to confirm coverage applicability

• Maintain accurate records using company systems

• Develop strong relationships with clients for business growth

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in claims adjusting

• Proven analytical and negotiating skills

• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and web applications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Cargo experience is considered an asset
