Wawanesa Mutual Insurance is seeking an Intermediate Claims Adjuster to enhance member experience through fair and efficient claims processes.

Your role involves applying policy coverages, communicating decisions, and documenting claims. Strong customer service skills and at least one year of insurance experience are essential to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust low-complexity auto physical damage claims

• Provide support and communication to customers

• Review policy wordings and determine coverage

• Conduct thorough investigations for accurate claims

• Negotiate claim settlements within authority limits

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of auto insurance experience

• Post-secondary degree preferred

• CIP designation in progress or completed

• Strong analytical and investigative skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
