Client Care Representative

Position: Client Care Representative at HUB International

Join HUB International as a Client Care Representative on our Renewal Team. This hybrid position focuses on client engagement, ensuring coverage meets evolving needs while providing exceptional service.

In this role, you will proactively connect with clients to review their policy renewals and identify potential gaps. Build trusting relationships and drive client satisfaction through personalized attention. Your expertise will help achieve retention goals while embracing flexibility between in-branch and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage clients ahead of renewals to review coverage

• Nurture relationships to ensure client needs are met

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products

• Achieve targeted retention rates through follow-up actions

• Maintain knowledge of Personal Lines products for guidance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Personal Insurance

• Level 2 General Insurance License is a plus

• Strong desire to deliver top-notch client service

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
