Location: Holytown
Aviva is seeking a Claims Handler in Glasgow with a hybrid 50% office and 50% home working arrangement once competent. You will support customers through telephony, gather information, assess claims, and make fair decisions, with full training provided and no prior insurance experience required.
Starting salary £26,700–£29,650 plus a 6% bonus, generous pension, 25 days holiday, and flexible benefits. You’ll work to help customers in stressful situations, balancing empathy with efficient outcomes.
