• Develop and own key broker relationships across the North of England

• Act as a key market representative for a growing, credible platform

• Experience with in a recognised insurer in a broker‑facing underwriting role
• Strong P&C underwriting background with a commercial mindset
• Frustration with overly rigid processes and a desire for more ownership
• Established broker relationships across the North

• £65,000 – £80,000 base salary + performance‑related bonus
