This Remote position at IPG calls for an experienced Advanced Claims Adjuster with extensive knowledge of the pet insurance industry. Your focus will be ensuring that licensing complies with all regulatory requirements while driving process improvements. This position is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of claims operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and document operational policies and processes

• Ensure compliance of adjusters’ licensing and ethics

• Develop actionable strategies for ongoing operational success

• Oversee quality assurance and team performance

• Provide training and guidance to claims team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years adjusting experience required

• Must hold a Level 3 Independent Adjuster License

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

• CIP designation considered an asset

• Experience managing significant projects and teams
