Intact is looking for a motivated Underwriter specializing in Agricultural lines. This position offers flexibility as you analyze proposals, provide tailored recommendations, and engage with brokers to enhance client satisfaction. Your ability to build relationships will contribute significantly to our team's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess new business applications and renewals

• Guide brokers while focusing on customer satisfaction

• Utilize negotiation skills to forge profitable agreements

• Engage in marketing initiatives and industry events

• Rigorously evaluate risks and prepare proposals for clients

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant agricultural industry experience

• Strong results-oriented and analytical thinking

• Self-motivated and ambitious, with goal achievement focus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• PAA designation is an asset
