You will engage with various files, contributing your insights to improve processes and enhance client interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete claims lifecycle from intake to settlement

• Review and confirm coverage details and policy terms

• Coordinate activities among all involved claim parties

• Analyze documentation and related reports diligently

• Process settlement payments and coordinate denials as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of French is a valuable asset

• Strong customer service and listening skills

• Proven organizational skills for prioritizing workloads
