Key Responsibilities:

• Support platform enhancements and improvements
• Engage with users to identify needs and gaps
Requirements:
• 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Experience in MGA, Mutual, or Insurer environments
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Remote work experience and collaboration ability
