Position: Policy Service Specialist - PPI Hybrid Role
Join PPI as a Policy Service Specialist, where you will manage life insurance policy administration in a supportive hybrid environment. Provide top-tier service to advisors while processing requests accurately.

In this role, your two years of life insurance experience will be crucial as you act as the primary contact for advisors and insurance carriers. You'll ensure that policy changes are executed within service standards while proactively communicating important details and updates. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion will enhance client trust and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and manage policy service requests efficiently

• Serve as contact for insurance carriers for policy activities

• Relay information promptly to advisors about policy changes

• Maintain compliance with established service standards

• Document all activities accurately in Wealth Serv

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in life insurance administration

• Attention to detail in data-related tasks

• Strong communication skills to foster relationships

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Wealth Serv

• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
