Position: Field Claims Specialist Hybrid Role
Become a pivotal member of the claims team as a Field Claims Specialist in a flexible hybrid work model based in Mississauga and Ajax. Dive into investigations and customer interactions to drive effective claim resolutions.

As a field claims specialist, you will need 5+ years of handling complex commercial and personal lines claims, performing on-site inspections, and providing detailed analyses of coverage and damages.

Your role will also encompass excellent customer service and collaboration with engineers and legal teams to navigate claims processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and claim investigations

• Manage field task responsibilities for adjusters

• Analyze and determine insurance coverage

• Negotiate claims with customers and legal entities

• Build relationships with external partners in claims

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of claims experience

• Experience in field claims handling

• Clean valid driver’s license

• Relevant university degree or training combination

• CIP designation is a valuable asset
